HIS – Final

This is the final post of the Haikus In Salt Project, I left the job back in August so there can be no more.  This post will give some reflection about the project, and give an index of the posts.

The project has been interesting for me. In part because of how vividly the poems reminded me of the times I wrote them. It transported me back to those long, tiring shifts, the work, the frustrations, the friendship. Like every creative outlet the result has been eclectic and delightfully weird, as you can see from the range of topics covered in the index below. I hope that other people have enjoyed the format as well, I have another blog series coming up soon so I hope you stick around for that ❤

Funny, the poems which made me laugh when I read them back again:

Work, the poems reflecting (lets be honest, mostly complaining) about the job itself:

Artistic, when I got more creative and used the slab to write weirder haikus (often about queer stuff):

I write about whatever captures my attention, focussing on my personal experiences. I'm mostly interested in gender, sexuality, and mental health. My experiences are shaped by being pansexual, polyamorous, non-binary, depressed, an intersectional feminist, and active in the BDSM community.
